Complete set-up of a conference room: dressed stage, projection screen, sound system, ambient lighting and guest seating.
A corporate conference is judged by what the audience remembers: a clear message, a legible stage, flawless sound. For this event we handled the full room set-up — stage, access carpet, screen and dressing in the event’s colours — as well as the sound system, the speakers’ microphones and the ambient lighting.
Our stage manager stayed in the room for the whole conference to run presentations, videos and speeches without a pause.
